Typically shipping will be next day, maximum five working days.

We only ship these willow products during ideal planting season, from December 1st to early/mid April. The shop will then be closed for a period and opened again late summer. Orders then placed will be shipped first week in December.

Domes, and Rods/Fedges etc over 1.5m in length can be shipped to UK only. For other locations, please enquire.

Approximate weights for your products ordered are added up and appropriate postage charged based on total weight and maximum length. This includes allowance for packaging costs.

Refund Policy - We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us within 7 days so that we can arrange return and refund.

Cancellations - Orders placed May through to November can be cancelled prior to 1st December of the same year. All orders can be cancelled prior to them being cut for shipping.
