For living willow
structures, bespoke kits and instructions can be put together to
match your requirements. Quotes provided on request.
We can
carry out construction of your living willow structure should you
wish, price would depend on your geographical location. Please ask
for quote.

Typically shipping
will be next day, maximum five working days.
We only ship these willow products during ideal planting season,
from mid November to early/mid April. The shop will then be closed
for a period and opened again late summer. Any orders placed then will
be shipped mid November.
UK delivery only for some very large items, however we deliver most
products Europe wide.
Approximate weights for your products ordered are added up and
appropriate postage charged based on total weight and maximum
length. This includes allowance for packaging costs. Some items are
free delivery, this is indicated on online shop listing.
Refund Policy - We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not
satisfied with the product, please contact us within 7 days so that
we can arrange return and refund.
Cancellations - Orders placed May through to November can be
cancelled prior to 1st December of the same year. All orders can be
cancelled prior to them being cut for shipping.
